Our Farmyard Series 2023 'Duck Down Under' Rosé.


A blend of Pinot Noir and Grenache grapes

It was made using the Saignée method, which comes from 'bleeding' the juice into a seperate vat after a short maceration period of a couple of hours in contact with the grapeskins.


Both Varieties were fermented seperately as individual tank ferments kept chilled throughout to retain perfume and vibrancy then blended together post and aged in a singular vat until bottled.
